Advocates Network Group
Mission Statement:
To strengthen and unify the voices of sexual assault advocates across the state by fostering collaboration, professional development, and shared leadership in advancing trauma-informed, survivor-centered services through the statewide sexual violence coalition.
Core purpose:
The Advocates Network Group provides a space for rape crisis center advocates to connect, learn, and influence the statewide direction of advocacy practice. It ensures that the lived experience and front-line expertise of advocates inform coalition policy, training, and systems change work.
2026 Meetings:
Virtual meetings will be an hour long and cycle from the last Monday of the month at 2pm EST/1pm CST and the last Thursday of the month at 11am EST/10am CST to reach as many advocates as possible.
