Though the Kentucky Association of Sexual Assault Programs (KASAP) is dedicated to serving survivors every day, April is the month we dedicate to Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention in the Commonwealth. Every April, KASAP hosts events, trainings, and social media campaigns to help individuals and communities across Kentucky learn more about sexual violence and how to prevent it.
Join KASAP on March 24th, 2026 from 10:30-noon EST at the The Capitol Education Center to learn more about our work to prevent & end sexual violence in Kentucky and how you can join in. The event will include a legislative update, awards presentations and a proclamation recognizing April as Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month.
