Request for Training
Hospitals with emergency departments may use this form to request access to KASAP’s sexual assault response training videos. These materials are designed to support hospital staff in providing coordinated, trauma-informed care in accordance with Kentucky’s emergency care and sexual assault response requirements.
KASAP provides these resources to assist facilities in meeting training expectations outlined in Kentucky law, including requirements related to emergency department readiness, forensic examination response, and coordination of care for victims of sexual violence.
After submission, KASAP will review eligibility and provide access to the training materials or follow-up guidance as appropriate.
