Stephen joined KASAP after working 8 years in public accounting with a primary focus on consulting and auditing Community Mental Health Centers and other clinics throughout the state of Kentucky. He is responsible for assisting the KASAP CFO and the rape crisis centers by assuring that ongoing training and TA is provided to all programs, that all funding is expended appropriately, and that all documentation is adequate, accurate and compliant with federal and state guidelines.
