Dr. Joni Tamalonis, DSW, MSW, is the Chief Executive Officer of the Kentucky Association of Sexual Assault Programs (KASAP). She provides leadership for the organization’s overall operations, including strategic direction, program development, and financial oversight, while supporting collaboration among member programs and allied partners across Kentucky. She works closely with the Board of Directors to implement organizational policies and ensure compliance with funding requirements, while also supporting long-range planning and sustainability. Her leadership is focused on strengthening systems, fostering partnership, and advancing KASAP’s mission to support survivors statewide.
