As Chief Policy Officer, Jenna leads the organization’s legal and policy strategy to shape and strengthen Kentucky’s response to sexual violence. She advises policymakers on legislative initiatives, monitors and influences policy at the state level, and provides specialized training for professionals across medical, legal, advocacy, and criminal-justice fields. Drawing on her experience as a prosecutor of sexual assault and child abuse, she works to advance consistency, accountability, and effectiveness across Kentucky’s legal and policy framework and its practical application — ultimately improving systems and outcomes for survivors.
