District 1 - Serving counties:
Fulton, Hickman, Graves, Carlisle, Ballard, McCracken, Marshall, Calloway and Livingston.

District 2- Serving counties:
Christian, Trigg, Lyon, Caldwell, Crittenden, Hopkins, Muhlenburg and Todd.

District 3 - Serving counties:
Daviess, Union, Henderson, Webster, McLean, Ohio and Hancock

District 4- Serving counties:
Warren, Logan, Simpson, Allen, Monroe, Metcalfe, Hart, Edmonson, Butler and Barren.

District 5- Serving counties:
Hardin, Larue, Grayson, Meade, Breckinridge, Marion, Washington and Nelson.

District 6- Serving counties:
Jefferson, Bullitt, Spencer, Shelby, Henry, Trimble and Oldham.

District 7 - Serving counties:
Kenton, Carroll, Gallatin, Boone, Campbell, Pendleton, Grant and Owen.

District 10 - Serving counties:
Boyd, Carter, Greenup, Lawrence, Rowan, Elliott, Morgan, Menifee, Bath and Montgomery.

District 11 - Serving counties:
Floyd, Pike, Magoffin, Johnson and Martin.

District 12 - Serving counties:
Perry, Leslie, Letcher, Knott, Owsley, Breathitt, Lee and Wolfe.

District 13 - Serving counties:
Whitley, Bell, Knox, Harlan, Laurel, Clay, Jackson and Rockcastle.

District 14- Serving counties:
Pulaski, McCreary, Wayne, Clinton, Cumberland, Russell, Casey, Adair, Green and Taylor.

District 15- Serving counties:
