If You are a Victim

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, PLEASE contact 911 or your local police.

Rape crisis centers offer assistance to female and male victims and family, friends, partners and others close to survivors of any type of sexual assault. College students from out of state who are attending a Kentucky college or university are eligible to get help at any of our centers. All crisis and advocacy services are free of charge ( fees for long term services vary at each center and a sliding scale fee may be available) and Rape Crisis Centers will be able to assist you in securing a referral for the services that aren’t available on site.

For advocacy, counseling and referral, find your local rape crisis center or contact the national RAINN (Rape, Abuse, Incest National Network) hotline at 1-800-656-HOPE. These options will put you in touch with an advocate who can talk with you about your situation, your safety, and the options available to you. All conversations with advocates at these resources are strictly confidential.
